Is it cheaper to book directly with Pousada Chantilly?

What is included in the daily rate?

The room, breakfast, WiFi, parking, bed linen and towels.

What is check-in and check-out time?  

Check-in 14:00 h

Check-out 12:00 h

Is it possible to change my check-in or check-out time?  

We prefer to leave check-in and check-out times as stated. however, if necessary you can enter in to contact with us via mail to check the availability of your room. Additional costs may be incurred.   

I am arrving in the middle of the night, which day does my stay begin?  

Rooms are available from 14:00. If you are arriving in the middle of the night, it is best to reserve your room from 14:00 on the day prior to your arrival so that you do not risk not being able to occupy your room on arrival. If you do not make a reservation and arrive in the middle of the night and occupy a vacant room you will be charged an additional daily rate.

I am arriving in the middle of the night. Will there be someone in the guesthouse to receive me?

Yes.  Please advise us ahead of time if you are planning on arriving at the pousada late in the middle of the night.

Up to what age do children stay for free?  

1 child up to 6 years old.

Which room is best for us if we have a child?

The Master Double / Triple since this room has a double bed and a single bed.

Is it possible for us to stay with a child or a baby in the Standard Double or Superior Double rooms?


Do you have rooms for 3 adults?

Our Master Double / Triple can accomodate a couple with a child or baby. 3 adults could also stay in this room.

Is it possible to add extra beds in the Standard Double or Superior Double rooms?

Which credit - debit cards do you accept?  

Debit: Visa / Mastercard.  

Credit:  Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo, Diners, etc.

Can I make a reservation without a credit or debit card?

Yes, you can make your deposit through bank transfer and your final payment in cash or through bank transfer.

How do I know that my reservation has been confirmed?  

At the end of the reservation process you will receive an email confirming receipt of your deposit and therefore your reservation.
